Shipping puppies and older dogs via airplane is a convenient method of transporting a chessie to you. Although most major airlines will ship, we personally only like a few. The following is a list of airlines we have had the most success with:

• Continental (Quick Pak service)
• Delta (Delta Dash service)
• American airlines(counter to counter service)
• Luftstansa (international shipping to Germany)

The average cost for shipping puppies in a 200 veri kennel is about $300 within the US. Outside the US, will be higher. This cost includes a health certificate, airfare, and crate. Older dogs are usually more due to heavier weight. Some airlines charge by weight and others charge by size of crate.
