Chesapeake Bay Retrievers ~ Ches-Shores

Breeding and raising Chesapeake Bay retrievers has been a family tradition since the early 1970's. In 1991 Ches-Shores continued this tradition with our first chessie, CH Belquest "Candi" Girl CD CGC. We offer Chesapeake Bay retriever puppies for water fowl / upland game, hunting, conformation, obedience, tracking, companions, and so on.CH Ches-Shores Wacky Jackie

We are located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland not far from where the Chesapeake Bay retriever originated.

We strive to raise and breed Chesapeake Bay retrievers with exceptional temperaments and to maintain the versatility born in them. In addition to above, we offer Chesapeake retriever puppies, occassional older dogs, started gun dogs, and so on. You can be rest assured that you will find your all around Chesapeake Bay retriever at Ches-Shores.

We have proven stud dogs & brood females and we are producing top quality Chesapeake Bay retrievers for the show ring, hunting, obedience, and most importantly as excellent companions.

Can CH Ches-Shores Guardan Angel We care a great deal about our breeding program and only offer the best. All of our Chesapeake's are:

                • registered with AKC
                • hips certified by OFA
                • eyes are certified through CERF bi-annually
                • eyes are tested for PRA
                • thyroid tested
                • DM testing in progress
                • EIC testing in progress
